Useful things to send: the page you were on, your browser and version, what you expected and what happened, and for a file that will not open, its Transfer Syntax UID, modality and Photometric Interpretation (all in the tag list on the viewer).

Do not send patient data. Never attach a DICOM file that identifies a real person. If you need to share a file to show a problem, anonymise it first or use a test image.

Medical questions about your own scan cannot be answered here. Ask the clinician or imaging centre that ordered it.
